    Is using Connection object for creating a recordset is more efficient or using explicit records without a connection object is more efficient?<BR><BR>set oconn = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.CONNECTION")<BR>set rstemp = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.RECORDSET")<BR>oConn.op en strDSN<BR>set rsTemp = oconn.execute(strSQL)<BR>........<BR>rstemp.close< BR>set rstemp =nothing<BR>oconn.close<BR>set oconn = nothing<BR><BR>(or) <BR><BR>set rstemp = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.RECORDSET")<BR>rstemp.O pen strSQL,strDSN <BR>...........<BR>rstemp.close<BR>set rstemp = nothing<BR><BR>which one is more efficient coding?<BR>thanks for your help.<BR>
