    Default Timeouts

I've got a script that is designed to collect very large amounts of data and copy them into a database. It's very resource hungry and I'd love to be able to leave it to run for however many minutes or hours it takes to do it's stuff. I've set server.scripttimeout to 999999999 and it still times out before it finishes. If I try to set scripttimeout any higher, I get an overflow error. Is there anything I can do to force my script to keep running until it's finished?
