Where I work they use a number of common letters they send out to cutomers.<BR>Each time they write a letter they take a copy of the relevant letter<BR>template and insert cusomer details (get the details from Oracle database).<BR>I am after automating this process. The ultimate solution would be an ASP<BR>page<BR>that accepts an account number then displays a page with links to letter<BR>templates. When a user clicks on a template, Word is opened and the customer<BR>details are inserted into the document (using the account number entered<BR>earlier).<BR><BR>What is the best solution for this?<BR><BR>Thanks<BR>Danny<BR><BR><BR><BR>
