Hopefully someone out there can direct me to information on this.

I have an administrative application that uses session variables and such to maintain state. I don't explicitly save information in a cookie.

I can maneuver the site just fine with cookies enabled however I get a "Repost Form Data" on a submitted form EVERY TIME cookies are disabled.

Then, on every new page, I check that the session is still established otherwise kick the user back to a login screen. With cookies off, the session doesn't exist after getting the "Repost Form Data" in IE 4.0.

Is this correct? Does it make sense? Is there any way to maintain a session state otherwise?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
