Default response.expires does not work

I wanted to load a fresh page each time it is called. I used Response.Expires=0 but still I am getting cached page and I have to click "Refresh" button of my browser to get the fresh page. Certainly this is not what I want.
I am using IE5.0.

Please help.
Arvind
