Default How 2 "Select all" values in a dynamically filled

I have a dynamically filled listbox, and from that listbox I need to select one or more lines. As my list of options grow bigger I find it more and more time-consuming to "select all", since I have to use ctrl or shift + click to do so (ctrl+A will not work).
So I was wondering if anyone knows of any way to add a button that will do that work for me, or in any other way "select all" from my listbox.

I'll be happy for any help!
