Don't want user to be able to screw up registration DB.

So far I've created a framed site with a "no right button click" script. But the problem is that the user can still see the address of the default registration screen inside of the frame page. I want to hide this!

I tried one of the disable back button code strings from one of the articles, but the code string I used didn't work. I have a popup window that I'm using for most of the registration process w/ a script that disables right button clicking. I may just stick with that, but I still would like to disable the ability to view source from the browser.
You can disable a users ability to view the source code. If you could the browser wouldn't be able to see it either. If you want people to see your site they can see your code by default. Disable the right click scripts are pointless.

Why are you worried about your db??? If you are coding in asp they can't view it no matter what and if you db is in a separate folder you are safe from anyone trying to download it. The name of the db and it's location can't be viewed if it's in asp code. Sounds like your going to a lot of trouble for nothing.
You can't. Period.

Even if you disable the right-click, what's to stop the user from choosing 'View Source' from the menu at the top of the browser? Plus, the code can always be in their cache on disk.

You can't do it.
