    Default formatting decimals?

    can you have more than one format on a page.<BR>right now i have AVG = formatnumber (AVG, 3)<BR>but i also want AVGcounter to be formatted.<BR>AVGcounter is the sum of the AVG&#039s divided by 16 to<BR>get the AVG of all the AVG&#039s.<BR><BR>my problem is that i get this error messege:<BR>Microsoft VBScript runtime error &#039 800a000d&#039 <BR>Type mismatch: &#039formatnumber&#039 <BR><BR>here is the piece of code that&#039s causing the problem.<BR> AVG = formatnumber (AVG, 3)<BR> AVGcounter = (AVGcounter + AVG)<BR> AVGcounter = formatnumber (AVGcounter, 3)
