Does anyone know how to set permissions on files on an FTP site. Specifically, I don&#039t want people to be able to delete files from my ftp server. I am new at this and have looked for info on the web to no avail. Any help, or a point in the right direction would help

thanks
mj

it sould be easy in IIS if u use the IIS management program (thats not its name, i cant remember what its display name is, but it will stand out when u see it). You can set the permissions for each file, folder, website, etc. FTP site should automatically give guests read-only permissions anyway. You will need to set up iis to alough users to read & write to you ftp site rather then set it up not to let them.
