I am using Personal Web Server 4.0 ,Windows 95

I used the following code in asp:

<%
dim obj
set obj = Server.CreateObject("Myobject.Inproc")
set obj = nothing
%>

I created an inproc COM component in vc++ 6.0 which I am using in the above
asp code. The problem is that the dll is still loaded by inetinfo.exe when the above asp code has been executed. (I know that the dll is still loaded through a tool called HandleEx which I downloaded from www.sysinternals.com.) I always thought that "set obj = nothing" would call Release on the object and unload the dll. When I have to compile the vc++ project again, I have to restart the sysytem, so that inetinfo.exe no longer has the dll loaded. Can someone help me on this please?
