Default Tracking "Logged In" Time

    I have developed a series of computer-based training sessions. Before the
user begins a training session he/she must log in.

What would be the easiest way to track the amount of time (hh:mm) that a
user is "logged in"?

Because I am new to this, please provide an example of the code. Thank you.
--

Regards,
TSW
Default RE: Tracking

    For oracle: Please try this

LOG_SQL = "INSERT INTO LOG_table (YOURTIMEFIELD) VALUES ("
LOG_SQL = LOG_SQL & "TO_DATE(&#039" & NOW() & "&#039, &#039MM/DD/YY HH:MI:SS AM&#039)) "
