    Default Easy SQL question

This is probably an easy question... I want to update a record in the database, but a field I am trying to update has single and double quotes in it. I am trying to write a function to change these to valid SQL characters...what would those characters be? How would I pass a single and double quote in an SQL statement??? Thanks for any help...

Double quotes would be fine - single quotes need to be doubled - there&#039s a function i the codelibrary at http://www.infinitemonkeys.ws/ to do this for you.<BR><BR>j
