    Default Access to SQL Server 7

    Hi,<BR><BR>This is a stoopid newbie question i know, but i&#039m having severe problems. I want to change existing asp projects from access to sql server. the projects are dsn-less connections. <BR><BR>What do i need in order for them to work. my local machine where i am programming the code is running win2000 with sql server 7. first, do i still need IIS or PWS? (pleese dont laff) <BR><BR>then what are the lines i need for the data connection? i know how to use sql7 so im not goin to ask about that....<BR><BR>thanks in advance,<BR>SteveF

    Change your connection string! (Assuming the same tables/columns were defined on your SQL 7 server as they were in Access)<BR><BR>Provider=SQLOLEDB.1;User ID=User;password=Password;Persist Security Info=False;Initial Catalog=WorkersComp;Data Source=SQLServer<BR><BR>Make sense?
