Is there anything wrong with this script which is in a global.asa file?
The value "started" isn&#039t available in any of the pages, if I set a session variable in an asp page it gets passed between pages but setting one in the global.asa dosn&#039t work

<script language="vbscript" runat="server">
sub Session_OnStart
Session("started")=now()
end sub
</script>
Code looks fine. Is it possible the Global.asa file is in a different virtual directory than the pages from which you are trying to access the Session value? Remember, each virtual directory is a separate Application and so has separate Application *and* Session values. (Apologies if I&#039m preaching to the choir.)
