    Default Recordset string Problem

    I&#039m trying to retrieve a record from a table in my MS Access database. The field I want to match a variable with is an email address field. <BR>The code is as follows:<BR>rstMatchEmail.Open "SELECT * FROM tblPeople WHERE" & _<BR>"EmailId=&#039" & Request.form("EmailAddress") & "&#039;" , _<BR><BR>Request.Form = ""<BR><BR>The error showing is:<BR><BR>ADODB.Recordset error &#039 800a0bb9&#039 <BR><BR>The application is using arguments that are of the wrong type, are out of acceptable range, or are in conflict with one another. <BR>If you can help that would be great.<BR>Thank You.<BR>

    What comes after that line:<BR><BR>"EmailId=&#039" & Request.form("EmailAddress") & "&#039" , _<BR><BR>because you have a line continuation character and a comma after it? If that is the end of your SQL query string, remove the ", _"<BR>
