Go through each line in a file and if that line is equal to a string, say "<!--Begin-->", overwrite the line with:

Hello
<!--Begin-->

(kinda like Perl/CGI,
Foreach $xxxxx_line (@xxxxx)
If $xxxxx_line eq /<!--Begin-->/ {
Do This
}
}
)
Is it possible? And if so...is it slow?
