Default Problem with accessing the local drive in Windows NT..

    Hello,

I am using the following ASP code to get a drive located in the local drive of the client
foldpath = \ClientIPaddressdriveletter
FileObject.Getfolder(foldpath)
The prerequisite is that the local drive should be shared on the network with full access.

The command works fine on a Windows 95 machine but when it comes to Windows NT it does not allow the access of the local drive. Why is this and is there anyway by which I can get access to the local drive in Windows NT.

Thank you in advance.

Anand

    I thought FileSystemObject is for server side only. I am surprise that it works for you. I tried this but it always came back with an unknown path error
