I have built an asp page that has a simple form consisting of a text box and a sumbit button. The form data is submitted to a SQL Server table and the results are sent back to the same page. My page checks for the value of the submit button first thing, and depending on whether the value is "" or "Submit" the page will show results or just the form. However, I have noticed that in IE the ole&#039 Enter Key will not return results. but if i click the Submit button, it works fine.

I know from previous experience that hitting the enter key (in IE) works when submitting form data to a NEW page. In this instance, I am sending the results to the same page as the submit button. Should this make a difference?

Need to see some code?

Thanks!
