    Default Form target attribute

    Is there anyway to set the target attribute of a form, outside of the form tags? <BR><BR>I know you can set the action attribute like so; <BR><BR> document.formname.action = "somefile.asp" <BR><BR>Also is it possible to call submit on a url? <BR>i.e &#060;a href=somewhere.asp&#062;&#060;/a&#062; <BR>Many thanks.

    you should be able to manipulate target from javascript - try it out in a couple of browsers<BR><BR>as for submitting a form<BR><BR>&#060;a href="javascript:document.myForm.submit()"&#062;su bmit&#060;/a&#062;<BR><BR>j
