    I would create hidden fields in the top frame for each response that is entered in the bottom frame. Before you submit your form in the top frame, set all the hidden fields in that frame equal to the responses that are entered in the corresponding field of the bottom frame. <BR><BR>In the page that gets loaded into the bottom frame you can create a javascript function to initialize your form. This function will set the values in the bottom frame equal to the corresponding hidden values in the top frame. Call your Init() function from body onLoad.<BR><BR>Hope this is helpful. I think it best fits your situation. You would really have to be submitting that bottom frame to get the responses into a Session variable. Plus its always good practice to avoid session variable if you have a choice.
