I was recently checking out the 4guys&#039 tutorial on "Using Forms to Do Batch Database Updates" and came across a SQL statement term that I can&#039t find any info on.

The term is CDB1 and was found within this snippet:

strSQL = "UPDATE Products SET Cost = " & CDBl(strCost) & _
" WHERE ProductID = " & strID

What is this? Where can I find more info on it?

Thanks in advance!

    Cdbl() is a function in VBScript used to convert a number to a double precision Value ... It&#039s not SQL ... Check the VBscript reference on the left side of this page.
