Default frameset in Netscape

am using a frameset and when viewing it in Netscape at a screen resolution of 800X600 everything is ok (ie not scrollbars - which is what I want), but when viewing same frameset (again in Netscape) at a resolution of 1024X768 I get scroll bars (it scrolls by one or two pixels)

Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

do you have tables of width 100% in the pages? netscape 4.x doesn&#039t play well with frames - luckily netscape 6 has just been released so look forward to the death of NN4

never seen that specific problem, but it&#039s probably down to glitches in the way Netscape scales its frames. I used to use javascript to document.write() frames dependent on browser and screen size - maybe that&#039s what you need to do?

j
