Default Date Adjustment

    Hi everyone,

I have been working on a site that is hosted in Amsterdam, but the primary target audience is in the East coast of the US. The problem that I am running into is the date displayed on the site… I am currently using “Today is <% response.write date () %>” to display the current date.

Since there is a 5-hour time difference between the 2 locations, at 7:01pm EST the date changes to the following day. Is there a way to compensate for this in ASP so that it will be correct in EST time?

Oh, and getting the host to change the date on their server is not an option (bummer).

TIA
nibbi
