    Default recordcount

    Any other way to count the total record instead of<BR>using record count.<BR><BR>The recordcount properties take quite a long to process<BR>when i have more than 10 thousand records..<BR><BR>anyone know how to use the stored procedure to accomplish<BR>this(i never use stored procedure before).Thank in advance..<BR>

    Default Use an SQL aggregate function :)

    You can use the sql COUNT function to return the number of values in a group of values. NULL values *are* included in the count.<BR><BR>Here&#039s an example:<BR><BR>SELECT Count([idCode]) AS SumOfCode<BR>FROM Code;<BR><BR>HTH<BR>Darren<BR>darren@showusyourcod
