Default SQL Server Connection Error in ASP

I am using a DSNless connection string that goes like this: <BR><BR>Application("Conn")= "Provider=SQLOLEDB; Data Source=&#060;SQL database server &#062;; Initial Catalog=&#060;database name&#062;; User ID=&#060;user login&#062;; Password=&#060;user password&#062;" <BR><BR>this would work fine but after awhile, it would generate an SQL Error that goes: <BR><BR>Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error &#039 80004005&#039 <BR><BR>[DBMSSOCN]General network error. Check your network documentation <BR><BR>What causes this problem? <BR><BR>This error occurs in my web application too often already. I usually would have to restart my web server to eliminate the error, then after a few days, it would come back again. <BR><BR>I would really appreciate any comments or suggestions that would help me solve this error. <BR><BR>Thank you so much!

    Default Heres a start

80004005 errors typically are caused by an ODBC driver failure. Check the connection string with a Response.Write to make sure it is correct. Try using a DSN and see if it comes back. Reload your SQL DB driver, see if it comes back. Check your global.asa file, edit, see if it comes back, etc etc.
