Default Stored Prodedure (update)

    The inline dynamic SQL works fine but the powers that be converted it to a SP. Not sure what the syntax should be for passing the variables to the SP. I&#039m doing this:

sSQL = "PB_UpdatePhoneCalls @P5_NameOfCaller=&#039" & request.querystring("Caller") & "&#039, @P6_PhoneNumber=&#039" & request.querystring("Phone") & "&#039, @P7_Extension=&#039" & request.querystring("Ext") & "&#039, @P8_NoteText=&#039" & request.querystring("Notes") & "&#039, @P3_CallBack=&#039" & request.querystring("NewCallBack") & "&#039, @P4_CallSummaryCode=&#039" & request.querystring("NewSummCode") & "&#039, @P10_WhoUpdaterecord=&#039" & sACSID & "&#039, @P11_WhenRecordUpdated=&#039" & GetDate() & "&#039 " & request.querystring("SSN") & ", &#039" & Request.QueryString("CallTime") & "&#039"

Can anyone help me. Thanks in advance.

    Hummyz,
If you use the @parameter then you have to do it for all of them.
You seem to have left that out for the SSN and CallTime.
Give that a shot and let us know.

HTH,
Jairo
http://www.citywebarchitects.com

    If you are using parameters you should add them one by one with the adocmd.addparam command.

Or to keep it the way you liked just code it as "

exec sp_whatever 1, "sdfsdfsd", 4,5,4,675,"test",
"username"

this will ru just the same.
