Hi,

Is there an easy, or hard, method to keep people from passing
along their user name and password to someone else and having more than one person using the same UN/PW at the same time.

Thanks!

Paul
1.USE LOGOON TIMES IN A DATABASE AND PASS A QURY WHICH CHECKS THE AMOUNT OF TIMES THE PERSON HAS LOGGED ON
2.GIVE A FIX NUMBER AND DELETE 1 EVERYTIME SOMEBODY LOGS ON

IT WILL ACT AS A DETTERENT
I don't know, what database you are using. If it is Oracle, a user can be assigned a number(profiles) of how many times the user can simultaneously login. And you can set that to 1

If it is different RDBMS, I am sure there will be some thing like this.

Hope this gives an idea.
