Hello,<BR>I need help with the following query: I have written a basic help-desk logging system where the Support engineers enter the details of calls received from staff. They can then view the database which is sorted by priority of the call. Thet can also edit and delete the calls. However, what I want is that once a call has been closed, that they can click on the record and send it to a table which stores the old support calls.
