    Default Question on FILE SECURITY

In this website, I force login. Then create session variables upon successfull login. At the top of each .asp page I redirect if a session variable is empty (ie: bad login or no login) I do this to keep people from just going to the page. How do I protect .pdf or .exl files that are kept in the site. I don&#039t want people to just type the file name in the browser location, and download it.
