I have one page that displays most of my demo&#039s on aspfree.com. This one page does a query and pulls the entire content from a sql 7 db. Couple of the pages give me a query timed out error. These pages aren&#039t anything huge but don&#039t explain why. I created another record in the db with the same content and it worked. I checked the locking and nothing was hosed.

I messed around with the way i opened the recordset and found adkeyset, adreadonly or 1, 1 was the way to go. anyone ever seen where changing the way a recordset caused an error like this? comments??

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error &#039 80020009&#039
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Timeout expired
/asp/startpage.asp, line 29 In fact the line 29 is the 1st piece of data being written.

Steve Schofield
sschofield@aspfree.com
webmasterhttp://www.aspfree.com
