    Default Error Message

    I have a page to let customer to enter a order number to search the order details. if the order number is correct. it works fine. but when the user enter a wrong number it will come out <BR><BR>ADODB.Field error &#039 800a0bcd&#039 <BR><BR>Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted; the operation requested by the application requires a current record. <BR><BR>/ShowRecord.asp, line 7 <BR><BR>How can I use a error message to let the user know their enter is incorrect and not show the above message.<BR><BR>Thanks in advance.<BR>

    right after you get the recordset put this in<BR><BR>If rstemp.eof then<BR> .. make sure you close a connections first<BR> response.write "No records found"<BR> response.end &#039 this will stop the rest of the ASP page from running.<BR>End If
