    Default Access or SQL Server?

I run an Access database on my site, and the database is getting hit 3,000 time a day...<BR><BR>Some people are saying I should upsize soon to SQL Server. Others say you only need to do this is your users are going to UPDATE data - my site only READS data.<BR><BR>Any advice?

Upgrade as soon as possible. If for no other reason than to learn a new technology. I upgraded about 6 months ago and have decided that I love SQL Server and will do everything possible to use it in the future rather than Access. There are also many other benefits like: improved performance, stored procedures, improved reliability, better security, edit db tables without downloading the db and additional datatypes.
