Hi there

I am using asp (vbscript) to pull some basic listings from a db - select * from x where category = y - and everything was fine until somebody looked at the results page in ie4.

Apparently they are getting a popup script error box, when the box is closed the page shows the &#039no results found&#039 message, even if there are results available.

The error claims that there is a syntax error on line one character one, but line one reads: <%@LANGUAGE="VBSCRIPT"%> <% option explicit %>

There are two included asp files, but both are included on another similar page which isn&#039t getting the error box.

When the page is returned to the browser line one is <html>

There are a couple of client-side javascripts on the page, but they are also on other pages and aren&#039t causing any problems on them.

Any ideas? Is there some quirk with ie4 that I should be aware of?

Thanks
