    How can I set up a button so that when it&#039s pushed, it runs a subroutine within the same page?<BR><BR>Thanks!<BR>Sue<BR><BR>

    every time u submit the page it starts from the top of the page.So easy way not to execute other statements above is by checking its value of the submit button.<BR>If Request("FormA") &#060;&#062; "1" Then<BR> other statements in ur program<BR>End If<BR><BR>If Request("FormA") = "1" Then<BR> Subroutine<BR>End If <BR>------------<BR>&#060;input type="Submit" name="FormA" value="1"&#062;<BR>------------<BR>May be this example can give u an idea.

    If you don&#039t want to attach the button to a form you could use the onClick Event Handler <BR><BR>for example<BR><BR>&#060;input type="button" name="buttonName" onClick="DoSomething()"&#062;<BR><BR>Does that help?
