Default You mean: How to SPOOF a site?

    If the site asking for the username and password is very security concious, you can&#039t do it.

REASON: Even though you could make your own form and have it POST to the login page, the login page *could* check for Reqest.ServerVariables("HTTP_REFERER") to ensure that the page doing the submission is *truly* the page on its own site, not the "spoof" page you are trying to create.

As for code...

Just doing a

<FORM Method=Post Action="">
<INPUT Name="userNameFieldWithNameTheSiteIsLookingFor"&#0 62;
<INPUT Name="passwordFieldWithNameTheSiteIsLookingFor"&#0 62;
<INPUT Type=Submit Name="siteMightBeLookingForSpecialNameHere" Value="whatever">
</FORM>

Since the form on the site you are trying to spoof has to be sent to your machine as HTML, you can do a "View &#124 Source" to clone the field names and action you need. That&#039s the easy part.

But I know of no way to spoof the HTTP_REFERER value, so any site that is even moderately cautious will keep you out.
