    Default Access DB password protection

    If I used the functionality in Access to protect my<BR>database by setting the password, How can I <BR>access it under ASP?<BR><BR>Thank you.

    If you have an ODBC datasource set up which you are able to administer, you can specify a username and password for that datasource. Go into ODBC in Control Panel, higlight your DSN, and click Configure... Click on the Advanced... button. You should specify a username of admin, and whatever password you&#039re using.<BR><BR>If you have a DSN-less connection, the connection string should look something like this:<BR><BR>oConn.Open "DRIVER=Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb);pwd=password;DBQ=" & Server.MapPath("/path/dbname.mdb")
