Default URLencode Problem with Netscape

We have the following code that we are using server.urlencode on
because some of the "makes" will have spaces.

response.write "<a href=""make.asp?make=" &
server.urlencode(rs("Make")) & """>" & rs("Make") & "</a>"

Of course, everything works great in IE, but in Netscape I get the 400 Bad Request Due to malformed syntax when the make has a space in it.

For example, "American Champion" turns into "American+Champion" if you view source in Netscape but it still returns the 400 error. Any ideas? This is driving me CRAZY!

corbin
