Default Uploading files

    Hi,
I have a client side form where user has to attach files from their side and send it across to the server. Once they attach the file they have a button to send a mail to the administrator of the site. So in the coding part i have to do the following things.
(1). I have to provide option for them to upload files. If it goes beyond 2 it should be zipped up and send it across to the server, where it will be stored in a particular folder
(2). This should be send as a mail to the server administrator. The mail should contain the pathinfo Eg. http://sample.com/sample.html. So that when he clicks on the link it will automatically take him to the particular page
Anyone can help me out in this
