Default cdo mass mailing problem (spam alert)

I tried to post 250 email addresses from a access 97 database field called emailaddress, using a recordset call which posted the name in the TO: section of my input text value" " form, which work perfect. When I click the submit button my users each received 250 emails FROM little-o-me. HELP!!!!
