I have an ADO (2.5) recordset that I have created and populated on the fly (not from a database). How can I quickly dump all of those records into a SQLServer table. I've tried looping through the recordset and inserting each row into the new table (via sproc) but since the recordset is pretty big, that is quite slow. Can I create an ADO recordset from the new table and somehow update it from my existing ADO recordset? Any suggestions are welcome.
