I too want to use Javascript with ASP. What other way makes sense? I want to use the same code the populate frames on the client as I use to generate a Tableset page from the server for older browsers.

However, I want to put an javascript object into the Application object on the server. IIS gives an error saying that the apartment threading model is not allowed in the Application collection

1. Is there any way to change the threading model of a custom javascript object?

2. Is there any way to put an object into the Application, or has Microsoft made VBscript the only way to store an array in Application

Thanks a lot

Ryan
