    i *think* this is the problem:<BR><BR>Replace this line<BR> "Select * from details", cn1,0,3<BR><BR>with<BR> "Select * from details", cn1, adOpenKeyset, AdLockPessimistic, adCmdText<BR><BR><BR>It seems as though you are forgetting the adcmdText (1)<BR><BR>HTH

    Hi: <BR><BR>I think your problem may have to do with permissions on your server. Make sure you have Read/Write permissions on the directory housing the DB, and your problem with updation will be solved. I hope I&#039ve made that fat enough for ya.
