I saw one post on this, but was never replied to. Did anyone come across this error when switching their Access 97 db to 2000. I also switched from using a odbc driver for my connection, to using the &#039Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0&#039. (see below).

&#039Create Connection & Recordset Objects
Set oConn=Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")
S et rsUsers=Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Recordset")

&#039New Connection using OLEDB for Access 2000
oConn.Provider = "Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0"
oConn.Properties("DAT A SOURCE") = server.mappath("ffldb.mdb")

&#039Set ConnectionString
&#039DSNtemp="PROVIDER=MSDASQL ;"
&#039DSNtemp="DRIVER={Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)}; "
&#039DSNtemp=DSNtemp & "DBQ=" & server.mappath("ffldb.mdb")
&#039oConn.Connecti onString = DSNtemp

&#039Open Connection
oConn.Open

&#039 Build Properties & Open Recordset
sql = "SELECT * FROM users WHERE user_name = &#039" & trUsername & "'"
rsUsers.Open "users", oConn, adOpenDynamic, adLockOptimistic, adCmdTable

... everything worked fine before. I installed SP5 and MDAC2.1 on the IIS server, but can&#039t get past this problem. Thanks for any help.
