I wanted to know how I could use wildcard characters as part of an IP address. Say I knew a part of the IP address and wanted to search for records with that similar part. Right now I have this:<BR><BR>SELECT * FROM Log WHERE IP LIKE '###.189.###.###'<BR><BR>The # is the wild card for a number. But there aren't always three numbers, there could be two like "24.189". I need it so it has a minimum of one number but doesn't have to have three. What is the proper LIKE statement that I would use for searching IP's? I am using a Microsoft Access DB. I'd appreciate any help!
