Default Pre-Loading graphics

    Hello,

I have a page that has about 30 graphics. I would like to pre-load them, but not display any of the page until all graphics are loaded. Perhaps display 1 graphic (or word) that says loading, and then when all graphics are loaded display the entire page as a whole.

I know how to pre-load images, but I don&#039t know how to tell when they are actually loaded and then if they are, do something.

Thanks in advance.

Fred Bannister
images have an asssociated javascript onload event. i suggest initially loading clear gifs, then counting the preload progress with the onload event, with a view to triggering a mass image-swap

jason
