Default Passing HTML form parameter to ASP page

Currently, I have an ASP page that is able to connect and generate report from database. I hard coede all the criteria needed to run these reports. However, I need to pass a parameter from a HTML form field into this ASP page so report can be generated interactively. Does anyone know how to pass the parameter? Thanks!!!!
