    2 things I see that COULD be wrong...<BR><BR>First, the word SET appears twice. (That could have been a typo as you were typing your string on this forum; it could be fine in your code.)<BR><BR>Second, I know in Access that when you work with dates in SQL statements you need to wrap the date in # symbols.<BR><BR>sqlstr = "UPDATE TBL SET CS_DATE = #" & now() & "# WHERE..."<BR><BR>HTH
