Default oRSobj.find (Database has multiple records)

    I have a database with 500 + records, consisting of fname, lname, etc..etc..

I an trying to create a search form, that will allow you to search by lastname, using oRSobj.Find "LastName = &#039" & vLname & "&#039"

This works fine for ONE record, but what if I run a search on Smith, which has 5 or so entries? Can i use .find for that? Or do i need to use some other method? I was considering filter, but from what I have read, Access2000 with an ODBC Connection wont support that. I may have read it wrong, can someone please help.

Thanks

Dr Dave

    Maybe filter:
oRSobj.Filter ="LastName=&#039" & vLname & "&#039"
You could then loop through the results. I got this from a Wrox book & haven&#039t tried it myself.
HTH
