    Default Stored Procedures

Basically, a stored procedure is a set of logical SQL code that selects columns and rows of data from one or more tables in your database. Stored procedures also allow you to write SQL statements that insert, update and delete data.<BR><BR>My question is, can I write a stored procedure that will select from, update to one table and add to a new table as well, all AT ONCE?<BR><BR>
