Default Basic form help

    Hi, I&#039m working through ASP 3.0 in 21 days (great book btw) and am on Day 9. So far there has been lots of work on the 4 main form tags (Text, checkbox, radio and option) but there has been no mention of the tag at all.. Is there a reason behind this? Should I treat just like normal text input?

    The HTML to create a TEXTAREA is a bit different, as you may know, but, when working with forms, it is just like using a text box. So, say we created a TEXTAREA like so:

<TEXTAREA NAME="txtAboutYou" COLS=40 ROWS=5 WRAP=virtual>
Tell us about yourself!
</TEXTAREA>

Then to read it in the form processing script, you&#039d simply do:
Request("txtAboutYou")

I hope I answered your question... if you have a more specific one, please let me know... :-)
